quindi ecco la ricetta:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Ingredienti: ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 200g di farina di Kamut o &amp;quot;00&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
* 75g di zucchero semolato, se fine meglio&lt;br /&gt;
* 75g di burro&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 uovo intero &amp;quot;grande&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cucchiaio da caffe di lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 tappo di brandy&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 pizzico di sale fino&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 barattolo di Nocciolata Rigoni da 330g&lt;br /&gt;
* goccie di cioccolato Perugina o in alternativa pezzetti di cioccolato fondente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Attrezzatura ==&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tortiera &lt;br /&gt;
* 1 terrina per impastare&lt;br /&gt;
* carta forno&lt;br /&gt;
* matarello&lt;br /&gt;
* forchetta&lt;br /&gt;
* forno&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Preparazione: ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Accendere il forno a 180 gradi con ventilazione se c'e'&lt;br /&gt;
* Nella terrina mettere: farina, zucchero, lievito e sale, poi mescolare con la forchetta&lt;br /&gt;
* Poi aggiungere l'uovo intero e il brandy, ed iniziare ad impastare con le dita fin quando si son incorporati per bene in modo uniforme e senza grumi&lt;br /&gt;
* Unire il burro a pezzi ed impastare con le mani fino ad ottenere una palla omogenea per poi spostarla sul tavolo o tagliere per togliere tutti i grumi&lt;br /&gt;
* Dividere in due parti l'impasto, approssimativamente in 3/5 + 2/5 , uno verra' utilizzato per il fondo+bordi, l'altro per la copertura&lt;br /&gt;
* Stendere l'impasto piu' grande sulla carta forno fino a fargli prendere la forma della tortiera e poco oltre, e riporla in essa riuscendo a fare un po' di bordo&lt;br /&gt;
* Con la forchetta bucherellare leggermente il fondo della pasta appena stesa in modo omogeneo su tutta la superficie&lt;br /&gt;
A questo punto c'e' l'impasto piu grande steso e bucherellato sulla carta forno dentro la tortiera che copre il fondo e i bordi&lt;br /&gt;
* Versare dentro la nocciolata e un po' di goccie Perugina(o pezzetti di cioccolato), distribuendola sulla superficie&lt;br /&gt;
* Con l'impasto restante, lavorarlo nuovamente per riformare un panetto, sul tavolo o tagliere mettere un paio di manciate di goccie perugina, e schiacciarci poi sopra il panetto di pasta frolla in modo da incorporarle.&lt;br /&gt;
* Stendere il panetto su carta forno fino alla dimensione della tortiera' e poi applicarla sopra alla nocciolata, poi bucherellare con la forchetta anche sopra come fatto in precedenza per il fondo&lt;br /&gt;
* Ripiegare l'eccesso di pasta dei bordi sulla &amp;quot;copertura&amp;quot;, e con dita o forchetta schiacciarli leggermente verso la tortiera&lt;br /&gt;
* Infornare a 180 gradi per: circa 15 minuti se elettrico/ventilato, circa 20 minuti se statico: e' cotta quando la parte superiore ha un colorito marroncino&lt;br /&gt;
* Spegnere il forno, &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;senza aprirlo&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;, e laciarla dentro a raffreddare almeno 40minuti, meglio se un'ora abbondante&lt;br /&gt;
